It may look like a custom model, but the Tiger I from VsTank is a production R/C toy. It’s a fantastically detailed early production German Tiger I, arguably the most formidable (and scariest) tank of WWII. The 1/24 scale VsTank Tiger features rubber treads, a suspension system, and 3 speeds which allow it to climb slopes of up to 30 degrees. It’s even got realistic engine noise and LED headlights. The turret rotates 330 degrees, and the cannon elevates, all controlled through the remote. But it’s not just for driving around, you can actually play infrared tag with other VsTanks, so keep reading for a video, and links.
One tank and transmitter system costs under $130 from any number of R/C hobby retailers.
