Jack Thompson to Be Pwned By the Bar in September

The judge refereeing the Jack Thompson Florida Bar complaint has dealt the outspoken anti-gaming activist a vicious blow, recommending that he be found guilty of 27 out of the 31 charges against him. Thompson has done a lot of things to bring his present legal situation on himself.
According to Judge Dava Tunis, his actions included:
Knowingly making a false statement of material fact or law to a tribunal,” “using means that have no purpose other than to embarrass, delay, or burden a third person,” “engaging in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation,” and “making statements that the lawyer knows to be false or with reckless disregard as to the truth or falsity concerning to the qualifications or integrity of a judge.
