NoiseAssasin 2.0 reduces noise in the busiest environments (6 to 9dB). Additionally, Acoustic Voice Activity Detector (AVAD) is a fail-safe mechanism which is of great use if the Voice Activity Sensor (VAS) doesn’t touch your face. However, due to the new ear tips the Jawbone Prime stays closer to your face and thus the sensor on the headset end touches your jaw, and this, consequently, leads to a higher performance of the headset. Addition of Bluetooth 2.1+ EDR is an advantage of Jawbone Prime.
