18 Nov 2009Casio has released two digital cameras EXILIM EX-FH25 (shown above) and EXILIM EX-FC150 in the Japanese market starting on November 27. To be equipped with 10.1M back-illuminated CMOS sensors, the EX-FH25 and EX-FC150 deliver 20x optical zoom and compact body respectively.
The first U.S. built Kia vehicle, a white Kia Sorento, rolled off the production line today at Kia Motors Manufacturing Georgia (KMMG), the first opening of an U.S. Kia Motors plant. KMMG is expected to produce 300,000 vehicles at full capacity and employ 2,500 people, with on-site and nearby suppliers creating 7,500 additional jobs in the region.

Recently we saw NVIDIA release some new models to the market, the GT 210 and GT 220. Today they’ve released another model sitting in the same series; this called the GT 240. While companies continue to tell us this is a mainstream product, we better know it as a low end card.

17 Nov 2009Windstream has confirmed that the company has raised the upstream speed of their DSL tiers. Windstream says they’re responding to a request by users who found 386 kbps to be a little dated for 2009. Both the company’s 3 Mbps and 6 Mbps tiers have seen the upstream side of the equation nudged from 384 kbps to 768 kbps at no additional price.
