The device should be unveiled at Barcelona’s Mobile World Congress 2010. According to the leak, the Zune Phone will have a 480 x 272 screen, HDMI video connection, weigh around 2.45 ounces (70 grams), and use Windows Mobile 7. There’s no word yet on any time frame for a launch, or what American carriers the device will work on when it arrives on U.S. shores. The Mobile World Congress takes place between February 15-18, so if you’re interested in a Zune phone, you shouldn’t have long to wait for more detail.

Dell Precision M6500 tops the Dell series by high-end hardware as well as its prices. Surely it will be wallet-crushing amount; however it is not announced yet. Taking into consideration M6400 with Intel Core 2 Quad Extreme costs start at $2,149; the new M6500 with Core i7-920XM will be even more.

M6500 has a 17-inch screen and 1920 x 1200 resolution with LED backlight and pretty odd resolution for HD devices with 16:10 ratio. The customers can choose to equip their notebook with either ATI FirePro M7740 or NVIDIA QUADRO FX 3800M graphics chips. Besides, it supports up to 3 hard drives with RAID configurations. Core i7 supports up to 16 GB of 1,333MHz of DDR3 memory.

I’m seriously behind… since when did video cards get into GDDR5 and how is the Nvidia GeForce N240GT, while having impressive numbers still considered low to mid/mainstream? Anyway, thanks to the guys over at Tweaktown, they throw the N240GT through a bunch of tests and come up with some important numbers…

“Recently we saw NVIDIA release some new models to the market, the GT 210 and GT 220. Today they’ve released another model sitting in the same series; this called the GT 240. While companies continue to tell us this is a mainstream product, we better know it as a low end card.

While we don’t doubt that this model will outsell future mid-range and higher end models when they’re released, it doesn’t make the model any more exciting. In saying that, however, the GT 240 has some pretty cool features like a 40nm core and GDDR5 memory. We’ll get into more detail about this in just a moment.”

Head over to Tweaktown for an in-depth read on a video card that might end up in your next box.
