Pantech [ site here ] announced the launch of its new Qwerty messaging phone ‘Impact‘ in the United States through AT&T. The Impact, which is designed for young generation mates a 2.6-inch WQVGA wide screen and Qwerty keyboard, it is also equipped with a full touch pad to provide a tactile vibrating sensation on the front panel.

Other features included threaded SMS support, Video Share function, AGPS, external Micro SD card slot and more.

Pantech to launch its white colored DuPont phone ‘SKY Snow’

SEOUL, Korea (AVING) — Pantech launched ‘SKY Snow(model: IM-U510S)’ phone, the white color version of its luxury ‘SKY DuPont’, in Korea market. The SKY DuPont phone is inspired by S.T. Dupont’s famous lighter design with ‘cling sound’ which is heard when opening the cap.

Designed for females, the SKY Snow enhanced camera function, map navigation, Geo Tagging and electronic dictionary function. Suggested price is 699,600(KRW).

SKY to announce a luxury phone ‘DuPont’

SEOUL, Korea (AVING) — Pantech, Korean handset manufacturer, announced the release of its new luxury phone ‘SKY DuPont(model: IM-U510LE)’ in collaboration with the French company, S.T. Dupont.

The shape of SKY DuPont phone is inspired by the company’s famous lighter design with ‘cling sound’ which is heard when opening the cap.

Adopting a 3-inch full touchscreen with gold-coated edging, the SKY DuPont phone features 2G CDMA network, T-DMB, a 3M camera, GPS support, Bluetooth connectivity, electronic dictionary function and more.

The SKY DuPont phone is expected to be available next month.
